FEE & APPLICATION
This form is the application with “rules” stated herein. There is a small fee, $25, to attend for Year 3 to help out with the event costs. We accept exact cash only for this payment on SAT, July 20. Please send all your application materials* (app form below, website address; social media addresses; logo; item photos) to vendor@mnomf.org. If you are unable to scan your materials for email, you are welcome to to take pictures and send via email to vendor@mnomf.org. A tax ID or social security number is required (by State law). Vendor space (10 x 10) will be assigned via email by JULY 15. If you need a larger space, we’ll try to accommodate your request so please add this request to your application. We will also use your application materials for publicity purposes on our website and Facebook pages. PLEASE DO NOT SETUP before someone checks your spot so the booths are spread out correctly for space and position, thanks 🙂
VENDING/SETUP
We will not supply any setup items (e.g., tent, chair, table, etc.) or change ($). The festival will occur rain, shine, wind, heat, etc., and all vendors are requested to stay until 5pm (within reason). Only one vendor per space and only one space per vendor is allowed. Please setup only at the site designated in your acceptance letter as we have more vendors than last year, otherwise you will be asked to move. Vendors are required to be present at their booths during both days of the festival. We will have security for this event– however, please have some type of “wall” to enclose/secure your booth when you close on FRI (7/19) and/or SAT (7/20).
PARKING
Vehicle parking is “tight” near MN Square Park – and is available on side streets and directly adjacent to the park. Your best bet is to arrive early, have a wagon/cart/sherpa to transport your items. We are liable for damage to the grass, so please DO NOT DRIVE in the park if it is raining or wet. If it is dry you may drive in from the College Avenue access & drop off behind your booth.
SALES/TAXES & LIABILITY
Proceeds from vendor sales will be retained by the vendor. Vendors are responsible for paying Minnesota State sales tax. A vendor assumes full liability for the legitimacy of their merchandise and full liability for his/her display area in case of accidents, etc., that may occur at your booth area to festival attendees.
I have read this application and agree to all terms.
