Someone from the Festival will respond to your application. Please keep in mind they are volunteers and may not be able to respond immediately (give it a day or two). If you’ve been waiting longer than a few days email us at vendor@mnomf.org, or mnoriginalmusicfest@gmail.com
•MOMF wants vendors to make money. Please don’t sell any food or drink item you have not been sanctioned to sell.
•No items promoting violence, discrimination, or anything that reflects negatively on the festival are allowed.
•MOMF is requesting 10% of your total sales as payment for having a space at the festival. This is on the honor system.
•Vendors will receive instructions from an MOMF representative on where to park. If you have specific requirements or requests please let us know.
•Vendors are responsible for paying Minnesota state sales tax and assume full liability.
•MOMF is rain or shine.
FEE & APPLICATION
A tax ID or social security number is required (by State law). Vendor space will be confirmed via email. We will also use your application materials for publicity purposes on our website and Facebook pages. Please send all your application materials* (app form below, website address; social media addresses; logo; item photos) to vendor@mnomf.org. If you are unable to scan your materials for email, you are welcome to take pictures and send via email to vendor@mnomf.org.

SALES/TAXES & LIABILITY
Proceeds from vendor sales will be retained by the vendor. Vendors are responsible for paying Minnesota State sales tax. A vendor assumes full liability for the legitimacy of their merchandise and full liability for his/her display area in case of accidents, etc., that may occur at your booth area to festival attendees.
